Accessing Vidym ERP for Schools and CRM for Organisations.
Any School/Institution can register and use Vidym ERP for Schools (hereinafter "Vidym Solutions"). You can use Vidym by logging on to vidym.com with your verified credentials.
Your Right to Use Vidym ERP Solutions
Subject to your continued acceptance and adherence to these Terms and our policies, we hereby grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and/or use our Products. Some of our Products may include software that is downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet or other device. You agree that we may automatically upgrade these Products, and these Terms will continue to apply to such upgrades. We may provide all or parts of our Products either free-of-cost or charge a fee or a combination of the two, and reserve the right to introduce, increase, reduce or abolish any such fee for any part or all of the Products. You understand that at times our Products may not be available due to upkeep and maintenance purposes or for reasons beyond vdym.com control for which vdym.com shall not be bound to give you any notice. All content and information on the Products may be changed or updated without notice.
Integration of third party applications with Vidym Solutions
Any third party applications (hereinafter “Third Party Application(s)”) are integrated with Vidym Solutions. ESPY will also be integrating and bringing more Third Party Applications with the platform in the coming time. If you require any third party integration not available at the moment, ESPY will try to assist you with the integration, which depending on Time taken and complexity may or may not be chargeable. The User are requested to contact and clarify the charges that may be applicable. User is responsible for any Terms and Conditions applicable by the third pary and is advised to go through the term and conditions of third party carefully.
Email Services and Policy
ESPY allows Users to integrate any email Service with Vidym Solutions. ESPY advocates genuine use of email. ESPY is strictly against spamming and in case of spam complaints may be forced to stop your from accessing your email service through Vidym Solutions.
Account Closure Policy
ESPY reserve the right to remove or modify any content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies or violates applicable laws.
Following Termination or Deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from vdym.com, we may retain your User Content for a reasonable period of time for backup, archival, audit purposes or legal compliance
Third-party links, websites and services
Our Products may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers or other events or activities that are not owned, sponsored, controlled or in any way affiliated to ESPY. We do not endorse, recommend or assume any responsibility for any third-party websites, information, materials, products or services, and recommend that you review their terms of service before accessing or using them. You access any third-party website, service or content at your own risk and you agree that ESPY will have no liability arising from your use of or access to them.

We never sell your personal information, nor share any data with any third party for any business user.
Customers Feedback or Testimonials
We will take prior consent from your if we publish any persoanl information with your testimonials or feedbacks to us.

We never store any information regarding your Credit/Debit or any other payment information. We use reputed third party payment gateways to process your payments.
